OUR PACK

Who We Are
Pack 57 is a new Cub Scout Pack founded in September of 2019 in Santa Fe, NM, with over 50 Cubs and growing.
We are co-ed, and welcome boys and girls in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade from a wide variety of backgrounds and religious denominations.

LEADING YOUTH TO LIFELONG VALUES
Pack 57’s philosophy is that Scouting is an activity for the whole family. Parents and siblings are encouraged to participate in all of our activities. Both Pack 57 and Scout Troop 57 meet on Monday nights at the Santa Fe Waldorf School, so families with children of different ages can participate in both Scout Pack (K through 5th grade) and Troop (6th grade to age 18) meetings simultaneously.
What We Offer
We provide a top-notch Scouting program emphasizing citizenship, character, personal fitness, and leadership. We work on Scouting adventures including community service, hiking, nature, camping, science, first aid, sports, crafts, and much more. We are extremely active and camp regularly, take field trips, march in parades, and meet with government officials.
JOINING OUR PACK
We generally accept new members in August and September but please contact Pack 57 Cubmaster Dave Blick if you’re interested in joining or if you have any questions. Fill out the form on our homepage and Cubmaster Dave will contact you!

About Our Cubmaster
Cubmaster Dave Blick was a Cub Scout himself and continued through Boy Scouts to the rank of Life Scout. He was a Den Leader for four years before volunteering as Cubmaster for newly formed Pack 57.
Dave is a firm believer in Scouting because of the great time and great experiences he had as a Scout. Now Dave is sharing his love of Scouting with his children, Eddie and Marina, who are both Scouts in Troop 57 having earned Arrow of Light, the highest rank in Cub Scouts.
